With a Master’s in Exercise Science (earned while training alongside Dr. Mike Israetel of RP Strength during his PhD) and advanced certifications as a CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) and ACSM-CPT (Certified Personal Trainer), I bring a deep, science-based approach to training. Over the years, I’ve worked with entrepreneurs and creators like Colin & Samir and Caleb & Shelby Ward, helping them stay strong, focused, and energized no matter how hectic life gets.
